We provided individual, couple, and family therapy to children 6 years and older, adolescents, and adults. Our experienced therapists are Licensed Independent Social Workers-Supervisors (LISW-S). However we are not longer making any new appointments – to previous clients, thanks for choosing Willow Counseling and we hope and pray you can find the counseling you need,
About Us
Willow Counseling Services has been in business since 1991 and was originally located in downtown Willoughby. We help individuals, couples, and families with various issues with our friendly and experienced social workers.
Willow Counseling Services was owned an operated by Marlene Lefton, who has been with the company for over 30 years and has been practicing social work and counseling for over 35 years. Marlene has a broad background, having worked for major counties’ departments of social and mental health services, and major hospitals, trauma and psychiatric units. She has an undergraduate degree in social work from the Ohio State University and a Master’s degree in Social Science Administration from Case Western Reserve University. Marlene Lefton is a Licensed Independent Social Worker Supervisor. She is a speaker and author of the book Things My Clients Have Taught Me.
